Classes cover:

Defending Unarmed Assaults

One of our primary goals is to ensure your safety, not to engage in a fight.

We teach you to protect yourself using defensive and offensive techniques, if necessary.

  • Defend yourself against various attacks like chokes, hair grabs, kicks, punches, bear hugs, wrist grabs, etc.

  • Defend yourself using a combination of strikes. E.g. punches, palm heel strikes, elbows, kicks, etc.

  • Defend yourself by learning how to properly block incoming strikes.

Mental & Tactical Training

Enable you to defend yourself and your loved ones through awareness, avoidance and, if necessary, neutralizing a threat.

  • Avoid injury

  • Neutralize all threats

  • “Use whatever works”

  • Switch from defensive to offensive maneuvers quickly

  • Improvise and create weapons from almost anything

Learn how to defend yourself against club, gun, knife attacks, and other armed assaults.

If avoidance or escape isn't possible, we teach you skills on how to:

  1. Stay Alert: Always be aware of your surroundings. Look for exits and potential threats.

  2. Create Distance: Try to keep a safe distance between yourself and the attackers. This can give you more time to react.

  3. Use Barriers: If possible, use objects around you to create obstacles between you and the attackers.

  4. Focus on One Attacker: If you're forced to engage, try to deal with one attacker at a time. Look for opportunities to escape.

  5. Target Vulnerable Areas: If you need to defend yourself, aim for vulnerable areas like the eyes, nose, throat, and groin.

  6. Stay Calm: Keep a clear head to make quick and effective decisions.

Seminars & Workshops

Women's Krav Maga “Stay Away” Self-Defense Workshop is an event designed to help women defend against the kinds of threats and attacks that they may encounter during their life.

Krav Maga is a simple intuitive self-defense system that is easy to learn. Our training will be hands-on and active so participants should plan to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes plus plan to get a little sweaty. Stay Away is a program developed by the International Krav Maga Federation (https://kravmaga-ikmf.com/) specifically for women.

The purpose of our training is “So that one may walk in peace.”
